Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved using hyaluronidase (Hylenex). Filler dissolve is available at Aesthoria for $699 per area. Sculptra and Radiesse are not dissolvable — consult Layanna before treatment.

No. Botox relaxes muscles to reduce dynamic wrinkles (lines from movement). Filler adds volume beneath the skin to restore fullness and contour features. Many clients benefit from both together — Layanna's Signature Balance combines 2 syringes filler + 20u tox for $1,695.

No. Filler and neurotoxin treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding due to a lack of safety data. Please wait until after pregnancy and nursing to resume treatment.

Semaglutide mimics GLP-1, a natural hormone that regulates appetite and blood sugar. It slows digestion, reduces hunger signals, and helps stabilize blood sugar — resulting in sustainable weight loss. Weekly subcutaneous injection with gradual dose titration to minimize side effects.
