Important details
before you book
- A 25% deposit is required to hold your bridal package and dates.
- Your deposit is fully transferable — to a rescheduled date, applied toward additional services, or held as a credit valid for 12 months.
- Deposits are not returned as cash. They move with you.
- 15+ days out: Reschedule to any available date at no charge. Deposit transfers in full.
- 8–14 days out: Deposit applies to your new date. One reschedule allowed within this window.
- Within 7 days: Deposit converts to a service credit valid for 12 months. We will work with you.
- Day-of verified medical emergencies are reviewed personally by Layanna and handled with care.
Sessions within your package may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited, but your remaining package continues unchanged.
Your experience matters deeply to us. Layanna personally reviews every concern — nothing is passed off.
If something is not right- Contact your Aesthoria Concierge within 48 hours of any appointment.
- A complimentary follow-up visit, treatment adjustment, or service credit may be offered at Layanna’s discretion.
- We do not issue cash refunds for services rendered. All concerns are resolved through care, adjustments, or credits.
- Billing concerns must be raised within 7 days of service and are escalated directly to Layanna.

Every service at Aesthoria is performed by a licensed medical professional. Your safety is always the first priority.
- All clients — including bridal party guests — complete a medical intake form before receiving any service.
- Certain treatments may be modified or declined based on clinical review. This is handled with care and never without explanation.
- Pregnancy, active medications, and certain conditions may affect treatment eligibility. Please disclose these during intake.
- We will never pressure you into a treatment. Every decision is made collaboratively.
